Congratulations to our PhD student, Angel Jimenez, recipient of the National Association of Geoscience Teachers (NAGT) – Outstanding TA Award 2021. Angel is also the recipient of the MSU College of Arts & Sciences, Strategic Research Initiative (SRI) Funding Program Award 2021 where he was awarded with $4,650 to be used in his dissertation project titled: “Immobilization of Uranium and Iodine by Calcium Phosphate Minerals”.
