Petroleum Experts Donates an Equivalent of Over $4.6M in Software Donation to the Petroleum Engineering Department and the Department of Geosciences

Petroleum Experts (Petex) has generously donated educational licenses of their IPM software suite to the Petroleum Engineering Program and licenses of their MOVE software suite to the Department of Geosciences to support academic excellence at Mississippi State University.
The IPM software suit that aims at material balance and analytical simulation, well design and fluid characterization, as well as production optimization packages includes Prosper, GAP, PVTP, MBAL, REVEAL and RESOLVE, along with maintenance and support.
The MOVE software suite includes MOVE, 2D Kinematic Modelling, 3D Kinematic Modelling, Geomechanical Modelling, Fracture Modelling, Fault Response Modelling, Fault Analysis, Stress Analysis, Move Link Petrel, Move Link OpenWorks and Move Link GST.
This generous donation from Petroleum Experts to the university has an equivalent value of $4,695,502.53 US Dollars.
